We pride ourselves on delivering safe, exciting experiences for our customers in a fast-paced, ever-evolving nightlife environment.We are currently seeking an Assistant Nightclub Manager to join our management team. The successful candidate will work closely with the General Manager to help drive the business forward, while maintaining the high standards Mosh is known for.Key Responsibilities:Support the General Manager with the day-to-day operations, including financial planning, budget control, and staffingLead and supervise bar, floor, and security teams during busy operational shiftsManage the venue in the absence of the General Manager, including during annual leaveEnsure customer safety, licensing compliance, and a consistently high standard of serviceAssist in recruitment, staff scheduling, training, and ongoing developmentManage payment systems and carry out end-of-night reconciliation (we are a fully cashless venue)Oversee stock levels and coordinate supplier deliveriesCollaborate with the Marketing Team and Music Policy Manager to plan and deliver successful, exciting eventsMaintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and overall club atmosphereBring forward new ideas and initiatives to improve both the customer and team experienceEnsure all licensing, health and safety, and risk assessment requirements are fully metCandidate Requirements:Experience in hospitality, nightlife, or events (management experience is advantageous)A hands-on, proactive approach and the ability to adapt in a fast-moving environmentConfident and approachable leader, with strong communication and problem solving skills and the capability of leading and motivating a teamAbility to remain calm and solutions-focused under pressureA genuine passion for music, nightlife, and delivering unforgettable experiencesPersonal License and SIA badge preferred, or willingness to obtain themFull UK Driving License requiredWhat We Offer:25,000 salary with a substantial monthly profit share bonusCompany pensionPrivate Medical InsuranceThe opportunity to be part of Leicesters most renowned and successful nightclubA chance to work with a talented, supportive, and passionate teamHow to Apply:If youre ready to bring energy, leadership, and creativity to one of Leicesters leading nightlife venues, we would love to hear from you.TPBN1_UKTJ
