Your duties Dealing with compliance and H&S admin, keeping track of all relevant paperwork and ensuring processes are in line with industry standards Responsible for creating and sending out quotations to customers, this requires great attention to detail and th ability to accurately calculate costs and pricing Dealing with customers queries and quotations in a timely manner Communicating at all levels working with customers over the phone, email and face to face Chasing orders and monitoring progress keeping rack of service schedules and ensuring that the technicians are dispatch in a timely manner Updating digital and manual files The ideal candidate for this role will be a team player with a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
