What you'll be doing: Leading and supporting your team to maintain exceptional levels of customer satisfaction, exceeding manufacturer benchmarks. Managing department costs in line with our business plan while maintaining high standards in quality and service. Ensuring the accurate recording and use of customer data in line with group compliance standards. Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive working environment for all. Monitoring team performance and identifying areas for development and recognition. Collaborating across departments to drive continuous improvement in performance and customer care. What we're looking for: Proven experience in a similar service role within the motor retail industry. A collaborative and inclusive leadership style with a focus on people-first management. Ability to deliver and exceed performance targets through strong team engagement and operational efficiency.
