Estimator (Bias) Chelmsford |+ Bonus | Hybrid Working | Commercial Projects Are you an experienced Estimator looking to take the lead in a brand-new division? We're recruiting on behalf of a growing and forward-thinking contractor who is establishing a new estimating functionand you'll be at the forefront of building it. This is a unique opportunity to shape a team, influence processes , and step into a leadership role. The Role As the division's first Estimator, you'll: Price commercial projects valued at 1 million+ Work from technical drawings (design skills a bonus) Bring mechanical experience Help shape estimating processes and best practices Oversee a growing team, with plans to bring in a second Estimator reporting to you Location & Flexibility Based in Chelmsford Flexible/hybrid working after onboarding (first 12 months more office-based for training and integration) What's on Offer Salary of Circa 90,000 DOE Optional Profit -based bonus A newly created, high-impact role with genuine autonomy Clear progression opportunities as the division grows ?
