Delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use projects across the UK, they combine commercial strength with a collaborative, localised approach. Their Sheffield office is now looking to recruit a Senior Town Planner to help manage and deliver planning strategy across a range of development sites in the region. THE BENEFITS: Salary from 40,000 to 45,000 depending on experience Annual performance-based bonus Hybrid/flexible working Diverse range of residential, rural and regeneration projects Opportunities for continued progression in a growing team THE SENIOR TOWN PLANNER ROLE: You'll lead on planning applications, appraisals, and stakeholder engagement for rural, green infrastructure, residential and mixed-use developments. Working closely with internal teams and external consultants, you'll ensure the smooth delivery of planning permissions across multiple sites. The role also offers opportunities to contribute to site assessments, appeals, and input into wider project strategies.
