Our client, a leading food manufacturer, is currently seeking motivated Production Operatives to join their growing team in Twyford. This temp to perm role offers a fantastic opportunity to develop machine operation skills within the manufacturing sector. Key Responsibilities: Operate production equipment safely and efficiently Assist with food processing and packaging Ensure quality and safety standards are met Support machine operators (if experienced) Maintain a clean and safe workspace Job Requirements: Experience in food production is a plus, but full training is provided Machine operation experience is beneficial but not required Strong attention to detail and a team player Must have own transport due to location Physically fit and committed to health and safety Previous production experience essential Working Hours: Shifts available include: 6am - 2.15pm (Monday to Friday) 2pm - 10.15pm (Monday to Friday) If you are an enthusiastic Production Operative looking for a contract role within a dynamic and supportive team, we would love to hear from you.
