Due to expansion, they are looking to hire a Territory Manager to support continued growth. Their products are used by continence nurses, urology teams, and specialist nurses across the NHS and private sectors. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, ambitious individual to step into a medical sales role with strong support and career development. The Role:As Territory Manager, you'll support urology nursing teams across both hospital and community settings. This is a consultative role requiring excellent product knowledge, empathy, strong communication skills, and the ability to build trust with clinical stakeholders. You'll work closely with NHS teams, helping them feel confident in recommending your products to their patients.The company provides a structured onboarding and training programme, in-field coaching, and a supportive team environment.
