Ensure supply chain plans of action are up to date and live. Procurement of sundry item to support production ie Crates To ensure the smooth transportation and intake of all raw material entering site. To ensure the smooth transportation of finished goods off site. To oversee rotation and allocation of all ingredients and finished goods Manage Intake & Despatch teams ensuring adequate cover on all required shifts Provide support, maintain and oversee the Supply chain systems for the site. Work with the Supply Chain Manager in evaluating capacity models and scenarios to maximise customer satisfaction and factory contributions. Oversee and manage the relationship, systems and transparency of data relating to all ingredients / finished goods. Liaising daily with Transport, CDC and commercial teams. Ensuring all communications are clear and concise To be the key stakeholder in communications to the wider supply chain teams. Experience: Proven management and leadership experience within a Supply Chain environment within the FMCG manufacturing environment. Manufacturing experience Commercial awareness Practical 'hands on approach' Tenacity Demonstrable leadership and team building skills Line management experience Can demonstrate the ability to solve difficult problems with original and creative ideas Must be able to demonstrate success in working in a dynamic, fast paced environment, keeping focused on key priorities.
