Project Manager (Remote-First)£40–45k + yearly bonuses | Full-time | Contract-to-perm | Starts July 2025You don’t just manage projects. We’re growing fast and looking for a Project Manager who can lead delivery from the inside out. Someone who sees the whole picture, runs toward responsibility, and knows how to get the work over the line without burning anyone out.Your ResponsibilitiesYou’ll lead digital delivery across multiple workstreams while helping us build smarter, more scalable ways of working.Take full ownership of the project lifecycle from brief to launchManage delivery of web design, UX, and product builds across teams and time zonesBuild and implement processes, workflows, and SOPs from the ground upCoordinate cross-functional teams across strategy, design, development, and contentOwn logistics, resourcing, task planning, and operational flowKeep communication clear, expectations aligned, and clients confidentLead client calls regularly and navigate them with easeCan work UK hours between (9am to 6pm GMT), flexibility when neededSpot and flag risks early, ask the right questions, and always keep momentumYou'll need5+ years of project or product management experience, or in similar role leading multidisciplinary teams in an agency or product team environmentProven track record delivering digital and campaign-led projects in complex, fast-paced settingsDeep experience managing budgets, timelines, team bandwidth, and shifting scopesCan build Go- to market strategies and scope project plans efficientlyUndergraduate degree (2:2 or above) or equivalent professional experienceCritical thinking grounded in first principles and second-order logicClear, calm, confident communicator especially in English, written and spokenProficient with project management tools: Notion, Trello, Float, Slack, and Google WorkspaceBeginner-level Figma fluency: able to jump in for QA, comment, test, and review designsExperience delivering digital products and campaigns for global brandsHighly-organised, detail-oriented, and self-directedBonus if you have:Interest in AI tools, workflow automation, or productivity systemsExperience building internal tools or operational agentsA strong sense of safeguarding, operational risk, and legal awarenessA passion for improving not just delivery, but how teams work togetherWhat You’ll Get£40–45k salary (based on experience), plus yearly bonusFull-time, remote-first setup with occasional planned in-person meetupsAnnual training and upskilling budget (up to £1,000)A high-trust, low-ego team that values clarity, initiative, and resultsThe chance to lead and shape the operations and delivery function as we growThis Role Is for You IfYou’re someone who is an excellent communicator and wants to be both leading the ship front and and back of-house, keeping everything in order, in motion giving everyone the confidence they are in safe hands.You bring order to pressure, think fast without rushing, and support others while staying three steps ahead.You care as much about people as you do about process.
