Due to increased workload, The HACS Group are looking for an additional, experienced Contracts Manager.Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.Working from our Harrogate head office with our extensive, existing team, the successful candidate will oversee and assist Project and Site managers on a number of construction projects of values between 1m and 20m.Working in Construction sectors including Commercial, Industrial, Defence, Healthcare and Residential including Civil Engineering .All within a 30 mile radius of Harrogate.This full time and permanent position will be involved with each project from Pre-Construction phase to Completion, liaising directly with Client, Design and Construction teams.Leading the programme for each project and reporting to the directors to ensure a top-quality finished project is delivered to required deadlines and budget.Experience and Qualifications required: Proven track record in leading and delivering construction projects on time and budget Extensive knowledge of construction processes and industry best practice Experience and proficiency using Microsoft Project Quality is our priority.We have built our group of companies up over the last 40 years on repeat business.A track record of successful people management and excellent communication skills.Good IT skills and ideally at least an NVQ Level 7 in Construction Management.Excellent working conditions and very competitive remuneration with car/allowance and benefits by negotiation, dependent upon experience and ability.
