As our Procurement Manager, you will work closely with other business leaders reporting to the Finance Director to support the development and delivery of a strategic, efficient, and value-driven procurement function. This role will manage the procurement team and will play a key role in ensuring cost-effective sourcing, strong supplier relationships, and sustainable growth for the business. Responsibilities: Develop and implement procurement strategies, procedures, and controls. Manage tender processes, including pre-qualification and contract negotiations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to resolve procurement and commercial issues, delivery of services and ensuring commercial issues through efficient service delivery. Support strategic sourcing for high-value, high-risk areas. Monitor contracts and ensure commercial terms are in place and understood. Ensure best value, appropriate risk allocation, and compliance across all procurement activities. Requirements: Qualified or Working towards a qualification in CIPS Proven experience in procurement management. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management. Familiarity with Procurement Systems Experience in Managing Budgets.
