Each role is guaranteed for one full academic year. September 2025 - July 2026. Full time, Monday to Friday. If you enjoy your year at the school and cement your passion for teaching, inspiring real change and inspiring students, you can train to teach from September 2026, on a salaried teacher training SCITT (paid for + no more student debt). You will be supported, nurtured and progress quickly.What skills and experience do you need as a Graduate Teaching Assistant?A graduate, 1st Class or 2:1Strong A Levels and GCSEs across the board - especially in your chosen subject specialismAn evident passion for inspiring young people - this must come across during interviewA general understanding of potential routes into teaching - but you don't need to know everythingResilience, Can-Do Attitude & Positive Demeanour - Teaching and Teaching Assistant roles are tough, but rewardingThat's all you need - Experience like tutoring, mentoring, summer camps or childcare is a bonus but not essential.
