What You Get 35k basic + bonus (OTE c42k) Company pension scheme A great team environment Long term career options About You Youll have proven experience of managing a team within a sales environment Its essential that you have a strong background in textiles whether it be manufacturing or supply we need someone with instant knowledge Naturally, youll be a great leader with the ability to build confidence and improve team performance You will be happy working onsite, 5 days per week About The Job Youll join as Sales Office Manager and will manage a close-knit team of internal sales coordinators who are responsible for both order processing and account management You will review current and lapsed customer data and work with the team to increase sales and order performance By keeping an eye on the market and competitor activities, youll work to boost performance and understand customer needs proactively You will set regular KPIs and targets for your team, ensuring adherence and achievement; managing performance accordingly Its a collaborative role where youll interact with various internal departments as well as UK & Overseas suppliers and customers to ensure customer satisfaction About The Company A highly impressive manufacturer, offering lifetime careers to those who join A business who recognises and rewards hard work TPBN1_UKTJ
