The Role Were looking for an experienced B2B Marketing Manager whos ready to make a measurable impact. This is a hands-on, system-led role with a focus on high-quality lead generation, campaign delivery, digital and event marketing, CRM management, and sales enablement. As an individual, youll enjoy working across the full multichannel marketing mix, collaborating with our internal Sales Team based at our New Malden office in South West London . Youll play a key role in owning and executing quarterly campaign plans that deliver results and communicate our solutions portfolio effectively. The role also includes organising, coordinating, and attending events, which will require some occasional UK travel. Youll report to and work closely with our Marketing Director and Company Director taking responsibility for all now marketing execution so she can focus on strategic planning for whats coming next. Key Responsibilities Execute quarterly B2B marketing campaigns across digital, email, SMS, events, and telemarketing Run monthly nurture campaigns to support ongoing lead engagement Manage marketing automation systems, CRM platforms, and digital marketing assets Monitor campaign results, lead scores, SEO, and web analytics Coordinate event marketing, sales materials, and content publication Maintain digital presence via social, web, and partner channels Champion CRM database hygiene, updates, administration, and GDPR compliance Work closely with Sales and Vendor Partners on campaign delivery and co-marketing What Were Looking For ? 4+ years of hands-on marketing experience with successful B2B campaign delivery ? A mature, proactive, agile, and collaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownership ? Solid understanding of professional digital and data-driven marketing strategies ? High level of confidence using marketing systems, CRM platforms, and analytics tools ? Ability to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities with calm efficiency ? Comfortable working in a fast-paced, autonomous environment with a small, close-knit team ? Excellent attention to detail and confident communicator across all levels ? Strong Microsoft 365 skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) ?
