Reference: JH17094Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.Salary: 55,000 - 70,000Location: LondonA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Private PA to support a HNW family based in the heart of London.You will be working exclusively on private, and lifestyle matters and working in tandem with a corporate EA between the beautiful office in Soho and the Principal's home.You will be fluent in English as well as Russian and / or Ukrainian speaking. If this is not the case, you will have an understanding of the family's culture and have worked in a similar setting.This role requires 24/7 support.Duties will include:Family and diary travel managementManaging the familys social calendar, such as restaurant bookings and personal appointmentsWork efficiently when the family are in different time zones, e.g. corresponding with foreign staff in New York, restaurant bookingsOrganising childrens school schedules and extracurricular activities as well as all the school admin and coordination with nannies, teachers etcRecruitment and management of the household staffSourcing and dealing with contractorsOrganising private partiesRunning errands, personal shopping and gift purchasingAd hoc project workYou must be flexible with hours, happy being on call and attentive at all times. You must have Private PA experience supporting a UHNWI, easy to communicate with and be extremely efficient and organised.
