From drafting and negotiating complex contracts to advising on compliance, risk, and strategic business projects, you will be a trusted advisor to the business.The role is ideal for a commercial lawyer who thrives in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment. You will work on matters involving high-value commercial transactions, regulatory compliance (including data privacy and anti-bribery), and support pre-litigation strategy where necessary.
