If you're someone who thrives under pressure, enjoys juggling multiple priorities, and is passionate about delivering top-quality service, this is the role for you.Your Role: Mastering the Art of Service CoordinationIn this role, you'll become the beating heart of our Service team, responsible for organising and optimising the working days of our field engineers. Youll be the key contact point for both internal and external stakeholders when it comes to maintenance, repairs, and urgent callouts. That means every day will be a little different and thats exactly how you like it.Your responsibilities will include:Handling short- and long-term planning for service engineers across the UKManaging urgent service calls on an ad hoc basisEnsuring all required materials are available on-site by coordinating with Purchasing and suppliersProcessing service orders and completing all associated administrative tasksActing as the first point of contact for clients and service engineers for all things related to planning, logistics, and serviceContinuously setting and adjusting priorities to ensure both customer satisfaction and the efficiency of our service deliveryYou will report directly to the Sales Office Manager and work closely with cross-functional teams. Our planning team works collaboratively weve got each other's backs and help out wherever needed.What You Bring to the TeamWere looking for someone who combines strong coordination and communication skills with a cool head and a can-do attitude.
