Were looking for a Stockroom Manager to join our new retail team based at our first flagship store (on Oxford Street London) and Battersea store. This will be a dual role. Check you match the skill requirements for this role, as well as associated experience, then apply with your CV below.Reporting to the Head of Retail youll play an integral role in leading the efficient and effective performance of the stores back of house operation. We are looking for a highly organised, driven, and professional individual whos passionate about operations, logistics and quality whilst providing customers with an exceptional experience. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESManaging the stockroom assistants , youll be a role model for behaviour and standards. Managing the teams daily duties, performance, and growth for both sites. Responsible for training and development, youll create and deliver informative training to enhance knowledge and processes. Drive and motivate your team to achieve KPIs and targets. Managing and handling general stock movement, keeping accuracy of products received and despatched to a high level for both sites. Keeping the back of house operation tidy and compliant with standards set by the Head of Retail, whilst adhering to all health and safety protocolsMinimise stock loss and maximise speed of stock movementSupporting the front of house style advisors with general client needsWorking closely with the store manager to support other key store projects and prioritiesEnsuring quality control is monitored on all products, reporting any issues to all relative teams for both sites. Completing ad-hoc requests to support with events, visual merchandising, stock taking and other such dutiesConducts quarterly inventory audits in accordance with guidelines set by financeProduce a weekly stock operations report looking at stock levels goods in and goods outBuilds a strong working relationship with all key stakeholders in both the warehouse and head office and couriers REQUIREMENTS 1-2 years experience in a similar role Excellent organisational skills and meticulous attention to detailExcellent communication skills both verbal and in writing (Fluent English)Experience leading a team, conducting 1-1s, performance reviews and general trainingsProven ability to drive and maintain exceptional operational standardsAble to be flexible and adapt to changeAbility to challenging established thinking and championing new ideas to stakeholders in the businessSuccessfully able to manage multiple demands and competing prioritiesExperience with Microsoft office
