As they continue to evolve and invest in operational transformation, theyre looking for a Supply Chain Director UK & IRE to lead customer collaboration strategy and execution across the region. This high-impact Director-level role sits just one step removed from the board and acts as the single point of contact for all customer supply chain interactions driving strategic partnerships, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering world-class service, cost, and cash outcomes.Key Responsibilities Customer Collaboration & Strategic PartnershipsLead and develop supply chain collaboration strategies across the UK & IrelandAct as the primary interface for all customer-facing supply chain activitiesDrive the Joint Business Planning (JBP) agenda with strategic retail and B2B customers S&OP, Service & Order ManagementOwn and optimise S&OP, customer service, and order management processesDrive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy, inventory management, and fulfilmentLead demand planning and ensure robust alignment between commercial and supply chain teams Leadership & Team DevelopmentBuild and inspire a high-performing team (Direct/Indirect, 20+ employees)Champion cross-functional collaboration and embed a culture of operational excellence Operational Performance & TransformationDeliver service, cost, and cash efficiency goals at market levelImplement supply chain savings initiatives and scalable best practicesTranslate supply chain insights into business strategy and decision-makingKey Requirements: Proven experience in leading end-to-end supply chain collaboration at a senior level in theUK/IRE (FMCG experience food, drink, personal care etc is essential) Strong background in IBP/S&OP, customer service, order management, and demand planning Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills able to lead at C-suite level Commercially astute with a deep understanding of supply chain cost drivers and efficiencies Confident using ERP systems, planning tools, and data-driven reporting Track record of team leadership, process improvement, and transformation deliveryInterview Process Stage 1: Functional & Technical InterviewA deep-dive with line leadership and functional heads to assess supply chain expertise and strategic alignment. Stage 2: Culture, Values & AspirationsA conversational interview with Commercial & HR to explore leadership style, team fit, and future ambitions. Stage 3: Task-Based Presentation & C-Suite PanelA live presentation on a real-world challenge, followed by a roundtable with C-suite leaders and key team stakeholders.
