We push boundaries with creative concepts, powerful content, immersive entertainment, and exceptional delivery to ensure memorable events.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Event Manager to join our team in (based in Warrington) on a full time basis. In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of a wide range of events. You will be responsible for managing all logistical elements, liaising with suppliers and partners, controlling budgets, and ensuring that each event is delivered to the highest standard. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure that every detail is executed flawlessly, from concept through to completion.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, manage, and deliver events from brief to executionCoordinate all event logistics, including timelines, schedules, and operationsSource, brief, and manage suppliers, venues, and other partnersOversee event budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reconciliationDevelop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholdersLead on-site event delivery, managing teams and ensuring seamless executionContribute to creative development and event concept planningEnsure events meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and client expectationsEvaluate event performance and prepare post-event reportsWhat we are looking forProven experience in planning and delivering events across a variety of formats and sectorsExcellent organisational and time management skillsStrong interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbalConfident in managing budgets and negotiating with suppliersAbility to remain calm under pressure and solve problems quickly and effectivelyDetail oriented with a commitment to high quality deliveryExperience in event marketing, audience engagement, and promotional strategiesKnowledge of venue sourcing and contract negotiationProficient with event management tools and softwareFull UK driving licence required as travel is expected within this role.
