Location: Belfast Industry: Investment banking / Capital Markets | Seniority Level: SeniorWe've partnered up with a leading investment bank in Belfast to recruit for a Lead Business Analyst / Project Manager to play a critical role in delivering strategic regulatory change initiatives across Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, and post-trade operations.Rate: 645 umbrella/day. What Youll Do: Lead cross-regional workstreams within large regulatory programmes Align global stakeholders across Operations, Tech, Legal & Compliance Translate regulatory mandates into actionable business & functional requirements Support test strategy, execution, and business readiness for go-live Track delivery, resolve blockers, and maintain governance artefacts Present clear status updates and risk mitigations to senior leadership Ensure adherence to Citis PM standards and regulatory compliance framework Drive insights from data to support delivery and demonstrate value What Were Looking For: 10+ years in financial services, with 5+ in regulatory or programme delivery Track record of delivering major change in Capital Markets (e.g. CSDR, EMIR Refit, SFTR, MiFID II, Basel III/CRR II) Strong knowledge of post-trade functionstrade capture, margining, settlement, controls Skilled in working across geographies and stakeholder groups Confident in documentation, process mapping, and issue resolution Familiarity with market infrastructure (CCPs, CSDs, custodians) and industry bodies (ISDA, ICMA, AFME)To apply for the role please submit your details
