Were looking for an experienced, proactive leader to join our team and drive essential projects within the municipal wastewater sector.About the Role: As a Project Manager with a civils focus, youll take ownership of waste water treatment upgrade projects, from planning and mobilisation through delivery and close-out. Youll oversee multidisciplinary teams across multiple sites, ensuring that wastewater schemes are delivered safely, on time, and to high standards of quality and compliance.Key Responsibilities:Lead and coordinate civils-focused wastewater infrastructure projectsDevelop detailed project plans, manage budgets, schedules, and resourcingEnsure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and health 'safety protocolsLiaise with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and local authorities to maintain strong project momentumConduct risk assessments and resolve technical and logistical challengesSupport other members of the team and contribute to continual improvement across project deliveryWhat Were Looking For:Proven track record in managing civil engineering projects in the municipal wastewater or wider utilities sectorRelevant degree/ qualificationStrong commercial awareness and experience managing NEC contractsExceptional organisational, leadership, and communication skillsCSCS qualifications preferredWhy Join Us?
