We actively promote wellbeing in the workplace and prioritise investing in the growth and development of our colleagues.About the RoleWere looking for a Project Manager to join our team at Moor Road, Leeds and lead the successful delivery of technical projects from handover through to final commissioning.This is a hands-on role, combining engineering understanding, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end project ownership. Youll work closely with internal departments, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. Supporting our reputation for quality and performance worldwide.This role is ideal for a proactive and organised individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident managing multiple projects simultaneously.What Youll Be DoingPlan and manage engineering and installation projects through their full lifecycle.Develop and maintain project schedules using MS Project.Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resource planning to keep projects on track.Monitor progress and risks, report status updates to the Project Department Manager.Liaise with Sales, Manufacturing, and Commissioning teams to ensure aligned delivery.Prepare and manage documentation for internal stakeholders and external clients.Lead project progress meetings and support issue resolution across departments.Ensure compliance with technical, contractual, and health and safety requirements.Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing project learnings across the business.Promote professional standards in project delivery and planning methodology.What Were Looking ForEssential:Experience in engineering project management or coordination roles.Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Confident in using Microsoft Project, Excel, and general Office applications.Comfortable interpreting engineering drawings and technical documentation.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Strong decision-making ability and a proactive mindset.Desirable:Experience working in a manufacturing or engineering project environment.Familiarity with cost control and supplier management.Technical background or vocational training in Engineering or Project Management.What We Offer:Cycle to Work Scheme.Extra Day Off for Your Birthday.Competitive Holiday Allowance.Life Assurance (6x Salary).Employee Assistance Programme.Sustainability Commitment Work for a company dedicated to environmentally responsible practices.Festive December Shutdown.We actively celebrate diversity & inclusion across the Facultatieve Technologies group.
