Site ManagerPlease read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.Location: PlymouthSecurity Clearance: Minimum BPSS required, SC clearance desirableKey Responsibilities:Ensure high standards of health, safety, environmental and quality compliance on siteSupport the development and adherence to construction programmes and milestonesWork closely with Project and Package Managers on planning and progress trackingMaintain effective cost control and provide regular progress reportingOversee documentation, drawings and schedules in line with company proceduresLiaise with subcontractors, stakeholders, and document control teams to ensure alignmentManage risks and interface issues proactively within the work packageEssential Qualifications & Experience:CITB SMSTS certificationTemporary Works Supervisor experience (ideally Temporary Works Coordinator qualified)CSCS cardDemonstrable experience in site management, ideally within regulated environments (MOD/Nuclear/Ports)Must be local to Plymouth or within daily commuting distance and available to attend site 5 days/weekWillingness to undergo security clearance proceduresDesirable:NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalentPrevious experience working at Devonport Dockyard
