The team regularly works on both lender and borrower-side transactions and is known for its deep industry knowledge and commercial insight.Youll be joining a practice that manages a high volume of secured lending transactions on behalf of a major UK banking client, as well as acting on wider financing issues across the property sector. As part of this specialist team, youll:Manage your own caseload of real estate finance matters with appropriate guidance and supervision.Support on more complex transactions alongside senior colleagues.Contribute to client development and wider marketing initiatives.Deliver a high level of client service across a range of secured lending matters.About YouWe are looking for a Newly Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (up to 3 years PQE).
