Together, our people make the world safer.We are looking for a Manufacturing Technician to join our Industrial Operations team at Thales Crawley site. With experience in wiring, and building electrical assemblies youll be performing manufacturing tasks in accordance with engineering drawings to the required quality.What the role has to offer:To perform complex Manufacturing operations in accordance with the associated documentation provided to the quality standards expected in a timely and professional manner.To adhere to the defined Company processes when carrying out all tasksPerforms self-assessment and approval of productsTo input and support any continuous improvement actions being worked on within IndustryTo be able to detect any fault or non-compliance and if necessary raise the alert. In addition when able should contribute to diagnostics and the finding of the cause/root analysisTo manage and record build configuration of productTo use the company tools (ERP, Palma etc.) when carrying out product assembly tasksAbout YouExperience in wiring, soldering & potting.Ability to perform complex electronic operations involving wiring and component soldering to IPC standardsIPC qualifiedExperience building electronic assembliesThe ability to interpret drawings and wiring diagramsExperience in electronic testingEligible to obtain full SC clearance.What We Can OfferWere committed to giving you opportunities to be your best.
