You'll be part of a small, close knit HR team, taking ownership of day-to-day operational HR delivery.This role is all about providing a first-class HR service to the business. Acting as the first point of contact, as a full HR generalist youll advise and support managers and employees across a wide range of areasER, recruitment, performance management, and policy implementation. Its a great fit for someone with a solid grasp of HR best practices and employment law, who enjoys solving problems and building strong, trusted relationships.Key Responsibilities:Deliver expert advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practiceManage employee relations cases (disciplinary, grievance, capability, absence) in line with employment legislationLead end-to-end recruitment, from writing job descriptions to interviews and onboardingSupport and contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresAssist with performance management processes, including probation reviews and development planningEnsure employee records are accurately maintained and compliant with GDPRPlay a key role in the implementation of a new HRISProduce HR reports and data analysis to inform board-level decisionsSupport broader HR initiatives including employee engagement, wellbeing, DEI, and change management projectsSkills and Qualifications:CIPD Level 3 or 5 (or currently working towards) or equivalent experienceProven generalist HR experience, ideally in a fast-paced environmentProactive, can-do attitudeFamiliarity with HRIS systemsPlease apply now if you have the relevant experience and are interested in hearing more!
