In order to determine the Limited Companys correct IR35 status, an individual Limited Company assessment will be required.About the RoleOur client is seeking a Preservation and Maintenance Manager. Youll play a key role in ensuring the integrity and readiness of specialist equipment and systems throughout the project lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage contractors delivering preservation and maintenance services.Oversee all preservation and operational maintenance activities until project handover.Ensure compliance with the Project Preservation Process across suppliers and teams.Conduct audits of maintenance work orders and contractor practices.Identify new assets and develop tailored maintenance strategies.Liaise with stakeholders to define asset management requirements.Maintain accurate records in the AMS database.Ensure all activities align with OP-852 procedures and relevant legislation.Provide regular status updates and performance reports.Act as a subject matter expert supporting strategic business goals.What Were Looking ForProven experience in preservation and maintenance of large-scale facilities.Strong background in maintenance strategy and process implementation.Track record of success in complex project environments (defence preferred).Degree in engineering or equivalent professional experience.
