The business has an aggressive business plan which coupled with their motivation and commitment, will see them dominate the market!The Opportunity:Working as a Showroom Manager within a busy retail showroom specialising in a vast range of luxury interior productsAs Showroom Manager, you will manage the daily retail sales for the showroom along with a small team of salespeopleManaging the entire running of the store whilst following the guidelines given by the DirectorsEstablishing excellent relationships with all customers, meet, greet, showcase the products and sell.Build a strong relationship with everyone as the Showroom Manager and grow the business in the regionWorking Monday to Sunday on a 5 day working rota, days will be set and decided by the Showroom ManagerThe Successful Candidate:Proven sales experience with a track record of achieving sales successBackground in any showroom-based sales is perfectShowroom Management experienceExperience in luxury sales, interiors, furniture, KBB, Tiles, Flooring would be excellent but not essentialShowroom Management or senior sales/ Team Leader/ Assistant Showroom Manager experienceThe role is all about the person!
