Purpose:Want to make an application Make sure your CV is up to date, then read the following job specs carefully before applying.To provide a Senior TPM Tooling Service to support the ongoing needs of the Tooling & Manufacturing departments within Nifco UK Limited. The main purpose of the role being to undertake the TPM cleaning of Mould Tools work necessary to operate a world class manufacturing department. The role will also involve carrying out minor repairs and investigations.Main Duties:Carry out TPM of all mould toolsLocation and movements of tools between production and tooling departmentsCarry out TPM cleaning maintenance of production mould toolsMinor refurbishment and repair of mould tools with guidance from Toolmakers using bench work techniquesSupport safety checks and improvement activities as requiredCarry out TPM preventative maintenance according to schedule and documented procedureIdentify repairs with the objective of preventing re-occurrence and improving tool robustnessLog and maintain mould tool work records and complete necessary Tool room documentationSupport the improvement and maintenance of 5S standards within tooling departmentAble to carry out maintenance to highly complex tooling to support Goodwood projectPrep of new tooling, de crate, clean, check correct wiring of switches and hot runnersAble to train others in the TPM roleComplete quality related documentation and daily yellow card analysis to improve reliabilityComplete standard operating procedure documentationTo carry out any other relevant duties as required by the businessSKILLS & EXPERIENCE:EssentialExperience within TPM/Tooling and complex ToolingTechnical / Mechanical experienceAbility to complete duties without supervisionWorking HoursShift workingMonday to Thursday 6am-2pm / 2pm-10pm / 10pm-6amFriday 6am-1pm / 1pm-8pm / 8pm-3amTPBN1_UKTJ
