European Road Freight Operator - Groupage Location: Stanford-le-Hope Job Type: Full Time / Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Salary: 30,000 - 35,000 As a European Road Freight Operator - Groupage Imports, you will manage and coordinate inbound groupage shipments from various European origins. You will work closely with their network of hauliers, partners, and clients to ensure seamless and cost-effective transportation and delivery of goods across the UK and Europe. The Role: Manage end-to-end import groupage operations from across Europe, particularly Western and Central Europe Plan and schedule daily groupage shipments, consolidating loads efficiently Liaise with overseas agents, hauliers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries Monitor and track shipments, proactively resolving delays or issues Prepare and manage import documentation in line with current customs regulations Provide excellent customer service and support, keeping clients informed throughout the process Ensure compliance with legal and operational standards, including post-Brexit customs procedures WR Logistics are the #1 recruitment partner for all vacancies in the logistics industry.
