Are you looking for a Field based role within a Supported Living environment? In this varied role you will be covering 4 sites- Telford, Crewe, Stoke-on-Trent and Stafford as you oversee a tight-knit team carrying out a range of leadership responsibilities including ensuring relevant training and risk assessments are carried out for staff and service users. Due to the nature of this work, a minimum of Level 2 in Health and Social Care is required, and the company will provide further training and development to higher levels. This role would suit a Service Manager or similar, with a background working in Supported Living care, looking for a varied and rewarding role in a steadily expanding organization providing person-centred care to adults who need it most. The Role: Oversee tight-knit team to ensure high level of service Report any Safeguarding concerns and protect the companies values Ensure staff receive the correct training and be involved in the recruitment process 9-5, Monday to Friday.
