Regional Sales Engineer - Ventilation Solutions (London Region) Location: Remote with field travel in the London area - Must Drive Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Salary: 50,000 - 70,000 DOE Sector: AHU / HVAC / Ventilation / Building Services We're currently recruiting for a driven and technically minded Regional Sales Engineer to join a well-established and growing manufacturer within the ventilation and air handling sector. With a strong portfolio of bespoke ventilation solutions-including AHU (Air Handling Unit) refurbishment and service offerings and HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) -this is a fantastic opportunity to represent a respected brand with decades of industry expertise. This role offers a high degree of autonomy and the chance to work remotely, while actively developing business in the London region. You'll be supported by a dedicated internal team and provided with the tools and training required to succeed. Operating across all key commercial sectors, the business is known for its bespoke approach, engineering excellence, and reliable aftersales support. As a Regional Sales Engineer, you'll be responsible for: Managing sales enquiries and developing relationships across the London region Providing technical support and guidance to clients, specifiers, and contractors Promoting solutions including AHU refurbishment, installation, and maintenance services Collaborating with internal departments to ensure customer requirements are met Delivering strong customer service and technical advice throughout the sales process Working to sales targets and contributing to regional and national growth objectives What We're Looking For Proven experience in sales engineering or technical sales within the HVAC or ventilation sector Strong communication and relationship-building skills Comfortable working remotely and managing your own schedule Good understanding of ventilation systems, AHUs, or similar mechanical solutions Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications Self-motivated, results-driven, and confident working with clients at all levels Desirable Experience Previous experience in the ventilation, HVAC, or building services industry Familiarity with refurbishment projects and service-led solutions Track record of achieving sales targets in a regional or field-based role Why Apply?
