Non-Contentious Construction Lawyer - 4+ PQE - FULLY REMOTEOur client is well regarded for the breadth of its capabilities and has a strong record of advising on real estate, infrastructure and engineering projects.Highly ranked in the Legal 500 the firm are seeking a non contentious construction associate with 4+ PQE to work remotely.The successful candidate:UK-qualified lawyer with demonstrable mid-level experience gained with a strong private practice law firm (However foreign qualified candidates with equivalent and/or comparable experience in the domestic market will be considered)A self-starter who takes the initiativeRelevant experience drafting and amending suites of construction documents across various standard forms as well as drafting bespoke appointmentsStrong technical knowledge and experience of working on commercial real estate development, JCT, NEC, FIDIC, MF/1, IChemE and bespoke contractual arrangementsTo discuss the role in further detail please contact
