Our client, a leading international law firm, are seeking an experience paralegal to join their highly successful commercial real estate team. This is an incredible opportunity to join a very reputable international law firm and gain exposure to this dynamic and exciting area of the law.The role:Assisting with a wide range of commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and due diligenceDrafting, reviewing and managing legal documentation such as purchase and sale agreements, leases, title reports, and closing documentsConducting title and survey reviews, zoning research, and coordinating due diligence investigationsSupporting solicitors with case management, closing coordination, and administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.Requirements:Very strong academic backgroundcirca 3 + months experience as a real estate paralegal in Scottish LawExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsGenuine and strong interest in commercial real estate law and eagerness to develop within this area of law.If this is of interest and you have the relevant experience, please send your cv to candidates@thesjp.co.uk to discuss further.
