What Youll Do As an AV Technician, you'll be at the heart of creating seamless event experiences, from initial setup to final execution. Responsibilities include: Rigging and operating high-end vision systems for a range of corporate and live events Leading teams of freelance technicians and ensuring professional delivery Communicating clearly with clients, suppliers, venue staff, and crew Maintaining and prepping AV equipment in the warehouse Supporting the Head of Vision with ongoing development and innovation in the department Assisting other technical departments when needed Driving and delivering equipment using company vehicles What Were Looking For Were seeking someone with a passion for precision and performance, and ideally: 2+ years of experience as an AV Technician, particularly in corporate events Hands-on experience with Barco Event Master , presentation switchers, modular LED screens, and Panasonic projectors Skilled in video playback, live streaming, and video communication tools A calm, capable presence under pressure, with a solution-focused mindset Strong teamwork and leadership skills, with excellent attention to detail A customer-first attitude and professional presentation A full UK Driving License and access to personal transport Why Join Us?
