With over 300,000 customers across the UK and more than 3 million hours of childcare requested through our platform, we are changing the way families find trusted care.Our permanent nanny placement team plays an important role in helping families find their ideal long-term childcare solution, and over the past five years, weve built a strong reputation for delivering a highly personal, consultative, and caring service for both families and nannies.Were now looking for a Maternity Cover (12-month minimum) to join the team and help continue delivering the excellent service our clients and candidates expect.What youll be doing:Advising and supporting clients: Youll speak with parents daily to understand their specific needs, confidently explain our service, and build trust-based relationships that result in successful placements.Candidate relationship management and onboarding: Youll also work directly with nannies - screening, interviewing, and guiding them through our onboarding process to ensure were introducing only the best-suited candidates to our families.Headhunting: While we have an active and growing candidate pool, youll also proactively source for new positionsEnd-to-end job matching: From the moment a parent enquires to the day their nanny starts, youll manage the full process - liaising between families and nannies to ensure both sides have a smooth, positive experience.What were looking for:Kindness, honesty, and decency we take the responsibility of finding childcare seriously. These are non-negotiables.Recruitment or sales experience youre consultative in your approach and can build relationships that convert. Childcare sector experience is a bonus, but not essential.People skills youre engaging, warm, and professional, whether on the phone, email, or in-person. Youll be a key representative of the Bubble brand.Emotional intelligence you understand that this process can be emotional and sensitive for families, and youre able to guide them with confidence and care.Target driven you thrive in a performance-oriented environment and take pride in exceeding targets.Attention to detail youre organised and methodical, managing a busy workload without losing track of the details.Enthusiasm & ambition we are always evolving.
