Location: Hampshire Contract Type: Permanent | Full-Time (40 hrs/week) Salary: Competitive Reports to: Programme ManagerWere looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our Energy Projects team and take the lead on complex, high-value engineering or construction projectstypically valued at 3 million or more.As Project Manager, youll be responsible for delivering critical infrastructure projects from conception through to completionon time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesProject LeadershipOversee full project lifecycle, from planning to handoverDeliver projects safely, efficiently, and in compliance with CDM regulationsManage budgets, timelines, contracts, and project risksConduct audits, inspections, and progress reviewsStakeholder & Team CoordinationCollaborate across internal teams: Planning, Design, Procurement, and CommercialBuild strong relationships with clients, contractors, and partnersDrive high performance and continuous improvement within the project teamEnsure key service metrics and customer satisfaction targets are metCompliance & ReportingEnsure all activities comply with safety, environmental, and legal standardsProduce monthly performance reports and maintain accurate project documentationImplement governance processes, change controls, and risk mitigation strategies What Were Looking ForRequired:Proven track record managing engineering or construction projects (3M+)Strong understanding of construction methods and project delivery frameworksKnowledge of CDM regulations, ISO9001 systems, and assurance processesSkilled in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft OfficeExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsProject management certification (e.g., APM PMQ or equivalent)HNC or equivalent in Electrical or Civil EngineeringIOSH Managing Safely or similar safety qualification
