Responsibilities span across team supervision, workforce planning, task delegation, performance appraisals, and addressing issues as they arise.With a focus on continuous improvement, this position is ideal for someone confident in leading a technical team who has a keen eye for quality and efficiency and is committed to upholding the highest standards of customer service and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise maintenance and utility operations, ensuring quality standards are metAssign and manage tasks for reactive and planned maintenanceMonitor team performance and take corrective action when neededOversee the completion of PPM and work tickets on scheduleMaintain and update SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs as requiredLiaise with clients, resolve issues, and coordinate site accessManage contractors and support escalation as part of the on-call rotaProfessional and Personal Competencies/QualificationsVocational qualification in electrical discipline (e.g., C&G L3,Inspection and Testing, BS7671) or equivalentSupervisory experience preferredExperience in building services, ideally within integrated facilities managementSkilled in using hand tools and test equipmentKnowledge of electrical and mechanical equipment maintenance practicesProficient in Microsoft Office applicationsUK The CompanyISS is a world-leading workplace and facility management company, connecting people and places to make the world work better.
