With over 35 years of combined experience, our team has operated hundreds of unforgettable tours for players of all levels from elite professionals to youth development squads.Read all the information about this opportunity carefully, then use the application button below to send your CV and application.As we enter an exciting phase of growth, were looking for a Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in shaping, pricing, and delivering high-quality tours, while helping scale our operations.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct & Tour DevelopmentAssist in the design and pricing of new football tour experiences across the UK and EuropeMonitor industry trends and identify opportunities to enhance our offerSupport the commercial team in developing itineraries that align with client expectations and business goalsOperational DeliveryTake ownership of operational delivery from initial booking to tour completionLiaise with suppliers, clubs, hotels, and transport providers to ensure every detail is managedLead on-site logistics when required and provide operational support during toursClient Management & CommunicationServe as a main point of contact for clients throughout the whole tour process.Deliver excellent customer service and ensure swift resolution of any issuesPrepare professional communications, itineraries, and tour documentationAssist with data processing, invoice management, and account administrationInternal Collaboration & ProcessWork closely with colleagues in sales, content, and finance to ensure smooth handovers and efficient workflowsMaintain accurate documentation and supplier recordsContribute to process improvements and team operations planningWhat Were Looking ForWe dont expect you to have done this exact job before but if youre an energetic, organised, and sports-loving person with the following, wed love to hear from you:Experience in product or operational roles, ideally in sport or travelA passion and knowledge for football, travel, and creating exceptional experiencesExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong time management and administrative skills with great attention to detailConfidence working across teams and with senior stakeholdersProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPointA positive, team-focused mindset and the ability to handle pressure and shifting prioritiesEssential that the candidate will travel both domestically and internationally with the team tours.What We OfferA competitive starting salary25 days holiday plus UK Bank HolidaysFlexible hybrid working (minimum 3 days per week in our Chester HQ)Pension scheme (NEST)Opportunities for travel and professional developmentBUPA after probationary period has been completedA role at the heart of a growing, ambitious company shaping the future of football tours
