We are partnering with a highly regarded law firm that is seeking a Paralegal to join their Property Litigation team. This role offers exposure to a broad range of property litigation matters, including:Breach of tenancyAnti-social behaviour and unauthorised occupiersInjunction proceedingsDisrepair claimsClaims against leaseholders, including forfeitureKey Responsibilities:Draft and prepare claim forms, pleadings, and witness statements.Prepare trial bundles and attend court to assist barristers.Conduct advocacy in county court for routine matters.Ideal Candidate:Law degree (or equivalent) with previous litigation/dispute resolution experience, preferably in property law.Strong drafting skills with the ability to prepare pleadings and witness statements.First-class organisational and communication skills.
