Were looking for an Office Manager & Executive Assistant to help keep our fast-paced Complex Care HQ running like clockwork and provide key support to our Managing Director.About the roleThis is a busy, varied role at the heart of our organisation reporting directly into our Managing Director. Youll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of our brand new Complex Care Head Office premises and to provide support to additional Ocean Healthcare offices as necessary, including effective front of house management and supplier relationships. Additionally, this role will provide administrative, diary and company-wide small project support directly for the Managing Director to ensure that specific tasks and activities are completed correctly and on time.This is a fully office-based role and would suit someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment where no two days are the same.What you'll be doingEnsuring the smooth, safe and effective running of our Complex Care Head OfficeManaging consumables, budgets and facilities - including supplier and contractor relationshipsCreating and maintaining clear systems to help our offices run efficientlyBooking and managing use of desks, meeting rooms and training spaceTaking delegated ownership of the Managing Directors diary and meeting scheduleProviding administrative support, minuting key meetings and tracking actionsLeading or supporting small company-wide projects as requiredWhat we're looking forA highly organised problem-solver with great attention to detailSomeone with outstanding communication and time-management skillsConfident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Experienced in providing professional front of house serviceProactive, emotionally intelligent and able to work with discretionUnderstanding of public relations, employee engagement and wellbeing methodsSomeone who enjoys being part of a growing business and high-performing teamWhat this role is notThis role is not suitable for someone looking for remote or hybrid work.
