Youre the one making sure everything runs clean, safe, and by the book even when others forget there is a book.If youre already working in hygiene within manufacturing or food production, you probably know the drill:Daily, weekly, monthly cleaning schedules.COSHH, HACCP, BRC, audits.A team to lead. Standards to uphold. PPE that actually needs to be worn properly.Were not going to pretend its glamorous. Its not. But its important. Really important.Youll be the go-to person for hygiene on shift leading a team, checking everythings where and how it should be, spotting issues before they become problems, and making sure any audits dont turn into horror stories. Youll also get stuck in with training, developing your team, and maybe stepping in for the Shift Ops Manager when theyre off.The pace? Busy. The environment? Industrial. The support?
