Following a recent business expansion, they are looking for a temporary co-ordinator who can hit the ground running to support our HR and Talent Acquisition functions. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where no two days are the same.The Role;Youll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of their HR and recruitment activities, including:Recruitment Support: Coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.Onboarding: Helping to deliver a smooth and engaging onboarding experience for new starters, including document preparation, system setup, and welcome communications.HRIS Administration: Maintaining accurate employee records and supporting data entry and reporting within our HR systems.Project Support: Assisting with various HR and recruitment projects linked to our expansion, including international coordination.General HR Admin: Providing high-quality administrative support across the team, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency in everything you do.Ideal Candidate Experience;Were looking for someone who is:Highly organised with excellent attention to detailComfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentA confident communicator happy to pick up the phone and build relationshipsProactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of initiativeTech-savvy, with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ideally HR systemsExperienced in HR or recruitment (preferred but not essential we value attitude and adaptability!)SummaryThis is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a friendly and supportive team during a pivotal time of growth and transformation.
