We're looking for a Site Manager to join our team and drive excellence across production, health & safety, quality, and maintenance.As Site Manager, you'll ensure compliance with key industry standards, manage production efficiency, coordinate maintenance, and lead a dedicated team to achieve top performance.Key Responsibilities:Compliance:Ensure the site meets ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards.Operations:Oversee production schedules, plant maintenance, and contractor activities to keep the site running smoothly.Leadership:Lead staff training, performance appraisals, and support team development.Problem Solving:Identify and implement process improvements to maximise efficiency and minimise downtime.Reporting:Monitor KPIs, address quality issues, and ensure site safety.Qualifications & Skills:NEBOSHCertified &WAMITAB Level 4(Medium Risk Waste) Certified.First AidTrained.Proficient inMicrosoft Officeand relevant software.Knowledge ofSix SigmaandProject Managementmethodologies.Excellentcommunication,interpersonal, andproblem-solvingskills.Strong experience withHR processes,PPMs, andengineering maintenance.Expertise inbudget control,overheads, andCAPEX management.Experience:5+ years in amanagement rolewithin a manufacturing or production environment.You must have the right to work in the UK
