A1 Personnel are recruiting for an experienced CNC Turner to join our client' engineering team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a supportive environment with a team that values quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.If you think you are the right match for the following opportunity, apply after reading the complete description.Duties and Responsibilities:Programming, setting, and operating CNC lathes (Fanuc controls with bar feed)Reading and interpreting engineering drawingsUsing various types of measuring equipmentMachining parts to tight tolerancesHandling both small and large batch workSupporting general workshop operations when neededTaking initiative with opportunities to help oversee shop floor operations in the futureRequirements:Proven experience programming, setting, and operating Fanuc-controlled CNC lathesStrong understanding of engineering drawingsConfident in using precision measuring toolsAbility to work to tight tolerancesExperience in small and large batch productionPositive, proactive attitude and a team playerDesirable (Not Essential)Experience with Haas controlsFamiliarity with Mastercam and OneCNC softwareWillingness to take on leadership or supervisory responsibilities over timeWorking HoursMonday to Thursday: 7:00am 5:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch, paid tea breaks)Friday: 7:30am 4:00pm (1-hour unpaid lunch, paid tea breaks)What We OfferCompetitive hourly payFull-time, permanent positionWorkplace pensionFree on-site parkingSupportive and friendly team atmosphereOpportunities for future progressionTPBN1_UKTJ
