With offices throughout the UK and a collaborative, multi-disciplinary structure, their Gloucester office is now looking to appoint an experienced Town Planner to support continued growth and a strong project pipeline. THE BENEFITS: Salary from 35,000 to 50,000 depending on experience Annual bonus scheme Hybrid/flexible working National company with local team autonomy Projects spanning residential, regeneration, and mixed-use development THE TOWN PLANNER ROLE: Based in the Gloucester office, you'll play a key role in progressing planning strategies and applications for a variety of residential and mixed-use developments. You'll prepare and submit planning applications, support appeals, coordinate with consultants and internal teams, and liaise with local authorities. You'll also have the opportunity to grow your role, with support for ongoing professional development and exposure to projects across the full development cycle.
