Position: Merchandising Admin Assistant/AllocatorReports to: Assistant MerchandiserPosition description:The key motto for an Allocator is to ensure we get 'the right stock, to the right place, at the right time'. WYSE London are looking for a dynamic individual to join the team to ensure we maximise our sales by doing just that. The role would form part of the Merchandising team and would be a blended role of allocation and merchandise admin assistance.The full-time position is based at our Head Office in Shepherds Bush and is required to be in the office 4 days a week, and 1 day working from home.Key Responsibilities:Responsible for all internal and external logistics and shipmentsContinual analysis to support allocations and management of stock levels for stores & webOrganising stock transfers and movements within the business to ensure stock is maximisedUpdating and maintaining system information to support weekly product launchesProvide administrative and analytical support to the Merchandising teamHighlights risk & opportunities from conducting regular store visitsBuild strong relationships with the warehouse and the store teamsKnowledge / Skills:Strong communication skills - both written and verbalComputer literate (especially Excel), with an ability to quickly learn new systemsHighly organised and analyticalAble to work calmly and methodically to problem solveCan work independently, but also collaboratively within a teamGood commercial and market awarenessPrevious experience within retail/fashion industry preferred, but not essentialPlease send your CV and covering letter to
