About the Role:We are a well-respected law firm based in Sevenoaks, seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our busy Family Law team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional and organised individual with a solid background in family law. The role may be either full-time or part-time.Main Responsibilities:Providing administrative and secretarial support to the Family Law team lawyers.Preparing legal documents and correspondence.Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and handling client communications.Assisting with file management, document filing, and compliance procedures.The Ideal Candidate Will Have:Previous experience as a legal secretary, specifically within family law.Excellent typing and IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive issues with discretion and professionalism.A team-oriented attitude and willingness to assist across the department when needed.What We Offer:Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.Friendly and supportive working environment.Opportunity to work within a well-established and respected firm.Central Sevenoaks location.
