This is a client-focused role that involves being the first point of contact for individuals seeking legal support. Key Responsibilities Handle inbound claims calls, maintaining a rapid response rate (approximately 10 calls per day). Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote services and gather additional claim details. Accurately log call information and maintain detailed records. Build effective working relationships with clients, colleagues, and supervisors. Deliver services in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring confidentiality and compliance at all times. Maintain regular and punctual attendance. Candidate Requirements Previous experience in inbound/outbound customer service is desirable but not essential. Confident communicator with excellent verbal and written English. Comfortable using Microsoft Office and general IT systems. Strong understanding of client care and relationship-building.
